HGD GROUP: TERMS OF SERVICE & GOVERNANCE

INSTITUTIONAL TERMS OF USE

By accessing the digital infrastructure of HGD Group and its subsidiaries—including but not limited to Audio Futura, RYM Media, and HGD Labs—you agree to the following institutional terms. These terms govern the use of our proprietary platforms, discovery portals, and stealth technology research.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & STEALTH TECHNOLOGY

  • Proprietary Assets: All content, algorithmic frameworks, and neural network research within the HGD Group ecosystem are the exclusive intellectual property of HGD Group.

  • HGD Labs Restrictions: Unauthorized attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract data from HGD Labs' AI applications—including the 2026 development roadmap—are strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

  • Media & Editorial: All RYM Media assets, including print and digital syndication, are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

INFRASTRUCTURE ACCESS & DISCOVERY PORTALS

  • Representation Inquiries: Submission of material via the Audio Futura Discovery Portal does not constitute a contract for representation or distribution.

  • Vetting Protocols: HGD Group reserves the right to deny infrastructure access to any artist, brand, or entity that does not meet our proprietary institutional standards.

  • Non-Disclosure: Partners and entities granted "Executive Briefings" or "Statement of Capability" access are bound by implicit non-disclosure regarding the proprietary data and sample protocols shared during the consultation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Developmental Phase: Certain HGD Group assets, including HGD Labs and the HGD Network (OTT), are in "Rebuild" or "Alpha" phases. HGD Group provides these platforms "as-is" and is not liable for interruptions in service during global infrastructure upgrades.

  • External Links: HGD Group is not responsible for the content or security of external third-party platforms (DSPs, social media providers, or technical vendors) utilized during the music distribution or marketing process.

GLOBAL PROCUREMENT & PARTNERSHIP STANDARDS

  • Sovereign Standard: All corporate partners and technical vendors must adhere to the HGD Group code of conduct. We reserve the right to terminate partnerships with any entity that compromises the integrity of our talent or technological assets.

  • Financial Reporting: Quarterly financial statements and royalty distributions for Audio Futura artists are governed by the specific "Sovereign Distribution Agreement" executed at the time of onboarding.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. Any disputes arising from the use of HGD Group infrastructure shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of our primary Executive Office.
